HVATV

A special thanks goes out to Heroes, Villains, and Artists for this wonderful piece they did about me and my work. They actually made me look like a real professional! Thanks, guys!

P.S. For those who are curious, the painting that I'm working on in the video is for Mythos: Captain America. Steve Rogers is just about to be injected with the "super soldier serum."

  1. Hey Paolo,

What a great interview. Definitely inspirational to us aspiring artists out there. Thanks for posting it up. The Captain America is looking real good I can't wait to pick it up. :)

  2. Hey Paolo,

Really great interview. Thanks for posting it up there. It's fun to hear about an artist’s background, where they came from, and how they came to be where they are. Congrats on the Mythos series too. I've been getting every one of them and I definitely look forward to the Captain America. Great work! By the way what’s the next con you'll be attending?

  3. Thanks, guys. Glad you liked it. Be sure to check out their other interviews too.

As for cons this year, I'm planning on NYCC, Philly, and Charlotte... and probably MoCCA and Big Apple Con as well. I've been meaning to get up an appearances section... maybe someday.

Great interview, Thanks for posting it.
I'll be checking out their other interviews.

It's kinda funny that you say how they made you look like a real professional because, you ARE a real professional.

  5. Man! You had some serious sideburns back in the day.

Great interview. I'm definately hoping to get on your commissions list for the Heroes Con in June.

  7. Very Inspiring, man. Except for how long it all took. But that's the truth so it's good to know.

This also answered a bunch of questions I had about your technique and what media you use.

    Thanks.

  8. Thanks, Adrian. The time involved is the main reason I stopped painting interiors. I still like to do it, but I only accept cover assignments.
